"Estudié la licenciatura en Historia en la Universidad de Arizona, de donde egresé en el año 2000 como miembro de la sociedad de honor Gamma Beta Phi. Más adelante realicé una Máster en Estudios de Norteamérica (2010) y un Doctorate en Creation and Culture Theory (2016), ambos en la UDLAP. También cursé una Maestría en Historia en el IEU.
